Face-to-Face Counselling
Our first session includes a brief discussion of confidentiality and the counselling agreement, followed by time to explore what's brought you to counselling. There's no pressure - we'll go at your pace.
Sessions take place in a dedicated counselling room, up one flight of stairs. Please note there's no waiting area, so if someone accompanies you to an individual session, they'll need to wait elsewhere or return when the session ends.
Session Length & Format- Individual sessions
can be up to 55 minutes or extended to up to 85 minutes if needed - Initial couple sessions
are up to 85 minutes to allow time for both voices to be heard - Ongoing couple's sessions
can be up to 55 minutes or extended to up to 85 minutes as needed
Availability
Face-to-face appointments are available Monday to Thursday during the day. Some early evening or teatime slots may also be available - please ask.
Fees & Payment
- All sessions must be confirmed with payment within 24 hours of booking, or the slot may be offered elsewhere
- A discount is available when booking and paying for six sessions in advance (after your first session)

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice will be charged at the full session rate.
